TOMB RAIDER (2013) GAME REVIEW!!!

As most of you guys probably know, I have been doing a new Tomb Raider LP of the reboot on my channel and I decided to a review of the game as well.

Graphics

Firstly I want to briefly talk about the graphics of the game. While I completely disagree with the opinion that a game needs good graphics to be good and that good graphics in a game is kind of like an added bonus. I have only really played the PC version of the game so I can't 100% comment on the graphics but they are pretty damn good compared to other games out at the moment. The textures and backgrounds look really great and the quality of some of the cut scenes is outstanding. However there a re a few minor problems with glitches in the game, but again nothing that will spoil the gaming experience for you and are easily over-looked. Overall I'd give the graphics an 8/10

GamePlay:

One of the most important things in a game, is the game play and how fun and enjoyable the experience is when playing through. Tomb Raider has great game play, from climbing cliffs to shooting bad guys and even swinging on zip lines, you won't be bored at any point on this epic adventure. Out of ten I'd give the game play a solid 9/10

Story:

The game has an incredibly fast paced and action packed story that will keep you amused for hours on end. You really feel like you've taken control of Lara and you feel her emotions after she has made her first kill or been attacked etc. The game also offers lots of hidden relics and documents to find so you don't just play through the game and get bored.
If you finish the main game which will take roughly ten hours depending on the difficulty selected, you can play the online mode. You get the ability to customise a character from the story with weapons and upgrades and test out arenas based off the main game. Overall the story is a 9/10

 Conclusion:

With a new DLC on the way, later this month, you'd be mad to miss out on this brilliant title, available on PS3, Xbox and PC. I'm gonna give Tomb Raider (2013) a Big 88%
